3. วัตถุประสงค์และฐานทางกฎหมาย
- เปิดให้ดู Demo และติดต่อกลับเพื่อแนะนำบริการ ส่งใบเสนอราคา: อาศัยความยินยอมที่คุณให้ไว้ในแบบฟอร์ม และการดำเนินการตามคำขอก่อนเข้าทำสัญญา
- ดูแลความปลอดภัยและการทำงานของเว็บไซต์: อาศัยประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
เราไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่นำข้อมูลของคุณไปใช้ทำการตลาดให้บุคคลอื่น
4. การส่งต่อข้อมูลและการส่งไปต่างประเทศ
- FormSubmit: บริการรับส่งแบบฟอร์มที่ส่งข้อมูลในแบบฟอร์มเข้าอีเมลของเรา เซิร์ฟเวอร์อยู่ต่างประเทศ
- Google Workspace / Gmail: ระบบอีเมลที่ใช้รับข้อมูล
- Cloudflare: ผู้ให้บริการโฮสต์และความปลอดภัยของเว็บไซต์
- Google Fonts: ผู้ให้บริการฟอนต์บนหน้าเว็บ
ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้อาจเก็บหรือประมวลผลข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทย เราเลือกใช้ผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลตามมาตรฐานสากล
5. ระยะเวลาการเก็บ
ข้อมูลจากแบบฟอร์มและการติดต่อ เราเก็บไว้ไม่เกิน 3 ปีนับจากการติดต่อครั้งล่าสุด ถ้าคุณเป็นลูกค้า ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับเอกสารบัญชีและภาษีจะเก็บตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด
6. สิทธิของคุณ
คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึงหรือขอสำเนาข้อมูล ขอแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง ขอลบหรือระงับการใช้ คัดค้านการใช้ ขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยไม่กระทบการใช้ข้อมูลที่ทำไปก่อนหน้า ติดต่อได้ที่ info@jpkes.com เราจะตอบกลับภายใน 30 วัน
ถ้าเห็นว่าเราใช้ข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้อง คุณร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ได้
7. ความปลอดภัย
เว็บไซต์ส่งข้อมูลผ่าน HTTPS และจำกัดสิทธิ์ผู้เข้าถึงอีเมลที่รับข้อมูลเฉพาะผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขายและบริการ
8. การแก้ไขประกาศนี้
เราอาจปรับปรุงประกาศนี้เป็นครั้งคราว ฉบับล่าสุดจะแสดงบนหน้านี้พร้อมวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้

Once JPK ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS CO., LTD. is registered, the new company will become the data controller and this page will be updated.
2. Data we collect

3. Purposes and legal bases
- Giving you access to the demo and contacting you about our services or a quotation: your consent given in the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract
- Keeping the website secure and working: our legitimate interests
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for anyone else's marketing.
4. Sharing and international transfers
- FormSubmit: form-delivery service that forwards form entries to our inbox; its servers are outside Thailand
- Google Workspace / Gmail: the e-mail system that receives your details
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security
- Google Fonts: web font delivery
These providers may store or process data outside Thailand. We use providers that apply internationally recognised data-protection safeguards.
5. Retention
Form and contact data are kept for no more than 3 years from your last contact with us. For customers, data in accounting and tax documents is kept for the period the law requires.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access or receive a copy of your data, correct it, delete or restrict it, object to its use, have it transferred, and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing done before withdrawal). Contact info@jpkes.com; we reply within 30 days.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
7. Security
The site uses HTTPS, and access to the inbox that receives your details is limited to our sales and service staff.
8. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version, with its effective date, is always on this page.
